【How to use】

●Please choose the size which adjusts on your shoes.

●Please trim the size chart on the back of the main unit according to the size of 

your shoes and use it.

●When trimming, please adjust the size by trimming a little larger than the 

actual size.

●Place it in your shoe with the fabric side up.

●Use alternately on two pairs of shoes for a longer lasting effect.

【Attention】

●Insoles are made in typical shape. The width of some shoes may not fit.

●Please do not bend the insole.

●Store the product in its package in a place with as little humidity as possible,

away from direct sunlight.

●If you feel pain while using the insole, please stop to use it immediately.
