【Product Details】

●The bristles are made of materials certified by the Japan Biomass 

Plastics Association (JBPA).

●「This is a 99.9% plant-derived synthetic fiber brush that uses biomass plastic 

made from castor oil as the bristle material. Castor oil is a type of vegetable oil 

extracted from the seeds of the castor plant, and has long been used in 

pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.

●In order to achieve high functionality and comfort, the products are carefully 

handcrafted one by one in Kumano-cho, Aki-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture, using 

the manufacturing method of Kumano brushes, which are well known as 

cosmetic brushes.

●The handles are made of Japanese cypress from Hiroshima Prefecture, 

which has a beautiful wood grain. The thick handle is easy to hold and brush 

regardless of gender. 

●Use of JBPA certified materials

This indicates a product that conforms to the “Biomass plastic identification and  labeling standards (products with a biomass plastic 

content of 25.0 wt% or  more, etc.)” established by the Japan Biomass Plastic Association (JBPA) and  has been officially approved
