【How to use】

●Wipe the insole with a dried cloth.

●Face down the planter arch part, press tightly and stick.

●If the pad gets dirty and comes off easily, wash with  

   tepid water that the adhesion returns.

【Attention】

●Not available to use for a cloth or surface which has rough material 

   because it may not stick.

●If you feel pain while using it, please stop to use immediately.
